This course is your chance to grow into the leader you want to be. Whether you’re already active in your community or just beginning to explore your voice, this journey will help you uncover your strengths, challenge your perspectives, and build important skills and the confidence to take action.
The course was developed under the "Youth can Lead Youth" project, a strategic partnership co-funded by the European Union.

Who is this course for?
Young people aged 16–30 who want to:
- Understand identity, inclusion and social impact
- Strengthen self-awareness and reflection skills on social issues for personal growth
- Build leadership and facilitation skills for community activism and/or youth work
Your learning path: The 9 modules
The course is based on the methodology developed in collaboration with youth workers and young changemakers across Europe in the context of the Youth Can Lead Youth project. Each module focuses on a key area of personal growth and leadership:
1. Identity Development
2. Sensitization Training
3. Critical Thinking
4. Dealing with the Discrimination Cycle
5. Storytelling
6. Creative Drama
7. Peer-to-Peer Learning
8. Use of Digital Tools
9. Non-Formal Education Methods
What does each module include?
Each of the 9 modules is made up of 4 parts:
- Key Concepts & Theory
Interactive explanations of core ideas (e.g. identity, stereotypes, digital tools), brought to life with quizzes, drag-and-drop tasks and other short interactive activities - Workshop Examples
Two ready-to-use non-formal education activities developed in the YCLY project per module (for modules 1 to 8). These include video demos from real youth exchanges and trainings implemented during the project, showing how they work in practice - Creative Assignment
A focused task to apply your learning in a reflective or expressive way – ADD EXAMPLES ONCE THEY ARE DEFINED FOR ALL MODULES - Self-Assessment Checklist
A personal reflection tool to help you assess your progress and development on each topic, and become more aware of your growth
