Entrepreneurship education is more than business plans and financial skills: as we could experience along the years of the STEP Hub, it is about inspiring creative thinking, resilience, collaboration, and practical problem-solving, especially through flexible, learner-driven, and community-oriented methods. This course focuses on non-formal learning approaches that emphasize real-world experiences, peer learning, and adaptability with the aim to learn a bit more of entrepreneurial education and career development.

You will build your skills and confidence to become a multiplier, a trainer/youth worker who can share innovative educational techniques and methodologies to spark entrepreneurial mindsets beyond formal classrooms.

A relevant adding is that the STEP HUB grew through STEP5, and we foresee working for an upcoming format that can create inclusive entrepreneurial learning thanks to digitalisation and hybridisation of job in the youth field and with the support of HEIs.

Course Structure and Duration

  • Modules: 2 interactive modules, each focusing on a key aspect of entrepreneurial training methods and impact activities.

  • Activities: Each module includes different activities that stimulate your definition of entrepreneurial youth work: the connection of the content related to the STEP5 Training Course will resonate familiar and clear.

  • Documents and a video upload will be required. But no, they won’t be streamed anywhere, and the procedure will respect GDPRs. Only HOP Trainers can visualise each pitch and it won’t leak anywhere public

What will you learn?

  • How to boost business models and entrepreneurship education tools and ideas.

  • How to stimulate your critical thinking and entrepreneurial skills using non-formal education methods.

  • How to design learner-centered, flexible educational activities in your community, seizing a local educational mission.

  • How to foster entrepreneurial mindsets.

  • Build and reinforce your entrepreneurial educational approaches through reflective practices and careful planning.

  • Keep coherence with your long-term plans.

How to succeed in this course

  • Engage actively: participate in all exercises and discussions; your reflections and insights are valuable.

  • Collaborate: give and receive constructive feedback with peers to enrich your learning.
