Full Description:

Welcome to the #NormShift Online Educational Resource (OER), developed within the Erasmus+ project #NormShift: Empowering Youth for Alcohol-Free and Healthy Lifestyles in the Digital Age.

This course is designed for youth workers, educators, youth leaders, and other professionals working with adolescents. It provides practical knowledge, tools, and activities that support alcohol prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and youth empowerment.

The course explores key topics such as social norms, peer influence, confidence-building, decision-making, healthy lifestyles, and youth participation. Through interactive learning units, reflection activities, and practical resources, participants will strengthen their ability to support young people in making informed choices and developing healthier behaviours.

We encourage you to actively engage with the course materials and consider how the approaches presented throughout the course can be applied in your own educational and youth work practice.

Thank you for joining us on this learning journey.
