The course is designed for youth educators who are actively working with target gorups affected by hate speech and online hate speech. 

EN: Youth educators against misogynistic and sexist hate speech online is a MOOC (Massive Online Open Course) created inside the project SHE: Speak out against online Misogynistic Hate Expressions, with ID 2024-3-IT03-KA210-YOU-000276510, co-financed by the European Commission under Erasmus+ KA210-YOU - Small-scale partnerships in youth. 

Duration: 20 hours (self-paced)
Target group: youth workers, educators, trainers, facilitators and others

Authors: Team SHE project - Coordinated by Empirica. Studi e progetti socioeducativ (IT), with its partners Asociatia Tineri pentru Europa de Maine (RO) and Techcreas - Teknoloji ve Yaratici Sektorler Girisimcilik Dernegi (TR).

The MOOC was created by the international team of trainers and researchers from Italy, Romania and Turkey with the purpose of providing youth educators (youth workers, formal educators, people who work with disadvantaged youngsters and others) the knowledge, attitude and skills for fighting hate speech and online misogynistic speech. At the same time, the course is meant to develop the educators' digital skills, according to the specifications from DigComp.
