A creative self-paced course introducing art- and nature-based methods for women’s empowerment, inclusion, and gender equality. Participants learn practical tools from Women’s Circles, Art Therapy, Improvisation, Outdoor Therapy, and Gender Equality to create safe, meaningful group experiences.

Egy kreatív, önálló tempóban végezhető kurzus, amely művészet- és természetalapú módszereket mutat be a nők támogatására, az inklúzió és a nemek közti egyenlőség elősegítésére.
